Welcome to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. We are a Christ centered, Christ seeking congregation, and we’re glad that you’ve decided to come browse our web site. We hope that you find something to inspire you, to comfort you, to inform you, or just to amuse you. Our hope is that once you’ve seen us ‘virtually,’ you’ll want to come meet us in person.
St. Paul’s is experiencing a renewed sense of the presence and power of God’s Spirit by strengthening our ministries in five major areas:
+Worship: we share in thanks and praise in our traditional ordered worship with blended styles of church music;
+Hospitality: we become excited about new ways we can extend hospitality to our greater community;
+Disciple Formation: we delve deeper into Bible studies on Wednesday evenings, study contemporary life issues for the Christian faith on Sunday mornings, and offer youth and children classes and fellowship for growth in the faith;
+Missions: as we reach out into our community and world through missions in support of the Five Loaves Food Bank at the Church at Allentown; through repairing roofs and building ramps for people who cannot afford labor for these necessities, including roofing for the United Methodist Children’s Home in Worthington, OH; by supporting local agencies and ministries that lift up the poor and disenfranchised in our greater Allen County Community through our Coins for Communion offering; and through our connectional support of missions through The United Methodist Church.
+Generosity: we remember that God has blessed us with much, and we are called to be a blessing to the world around us, we are generous with our resources to build up the body of Christ and reach out in the name of Christ.
